Simple rule:
Sweep is the alert.
Displacement is confirmation.
FVG is the entry area.
Candle close is the safety filter.
Opposing liquidity is the reason to take the trade.
Miss one piece and the setup becomes lower quality.
Most traders see a liquidity sweep and click immediately.
That is exactly where the trap starts.
Use this 5-filter checklist before you call it an A+ entry:
5. Target opposing liquidity.
Do not enter just because the setup looks beautiful.
Ask: where is the next obvious pool of stops?
If the target is too close or unclear, the entry is not worth forcing.
A liquidity sweep is not an entry.
It is only permission to start paying attention.
My checklist:
1. Sweep session high/low
2. Strong displacement away
3. Clean FVG left behind
4. Candle closes outside the trap
5. Opposing liquidity is clear
No checklist, no trade.
Bad order block traders ask:
“Is this the last candle before the move?”
Good order block traders ask:
“Did price sweep liquidity, displace hard, leave an FVG, and give me a tight invalidation?”
Same chart. Completely different trade quality.
The trap is not the sweep.
The trap is clicking the first candle after the sweep.
Wait for displacement.
Wait for the FVG.
Wait for the close.
Then ask one question:
Is there clean opposing liquidity close enough to make the trade worth it?
Before I trust any A+ signal, I mark these 4 liquidity points first.
This is the sweep map I use so I’m not clicking every buy/sell label in the middle of the chart.
4. FVG reaction zone
The sweep alone is not enough.
After liquidity is taken, I want price to leave displacement and then react from the imbalance. That is where the setup becomes cleaner.
Simple rule:
BUY/SELL label alone = maybe.
Label + trend + structure + volume + clean stop + closed candle = A+ candidate.
Still not a guaranteed trade.
But now you are trading a setup, not chasing a sticker.
The BORSA A+ Signal Checklist:
Most traders see a TradingView buy label and instantly enter.
That is how you get trapped.
The label is not the trade.
The label is the alert to start checking these 5 things:
5. Bar close
This is where many traders get fooled.
If the signal appears before the candle closes, it can move or disappear.
A+ checklist starts after close, not during candle excitement.
