@Gay4Gayporn2018@_jordanjoseph_ Psychologically, it’s a constant trigger for being in sub headspace - even in non-sexual situations. If you have a keyholder, there’s the obvious power/control element. Visually, it’s a clear signal to others your role/intent - I’ve noticed even non-kinky tops get more aggressive
@Gay4Gayporn2018@_jordanjoseph_ Physically, being pent up all the time is a lot of fun. The inability to have a full penile orgasm over time makes your other erogenous more sensitive/responsive. Even if you have an orgasm, it’s only partial relief so you’ll maintain much of your libido immediately after.
@_jordanjoseph_ Back when I was doing this the consensus from others was you should try to have a release once a week to maintain libido. No idea if that’s accurate though
@therichstu @SpicyGayChaos Not everyone has the same sexual side effects and the type, severity, and likelihood depends on the med, but for SSRIs in general it’s often some combination of: loss of interest in sex, inability to get or maintain erections, inability to orgasm, and/or dysfunctional orgasms
