An amendment to replace 1 bad take over bill with another bad takeover bill was made public Tue with only 1 opportunity for the public to provide input on Thur. Input was limited to 21 people and each only allowed 3 minutes. We have to be ok with that? #allpowertothepeople

Yesterday's #ohio Senate ed committee meeting was a bad joke. @peggylehner admitted she didn't know everything in the amendment she helped write. "Experts" in the not secret work group misrepresented what is in the amendment. Dissenting voices cut off. HB70 2.0 is not ok!
