@SnagInspector Too many colors and things in one room can be overwhelming and cluttered. An office, and even some homes design should be three colors at most.
Fashola demonstrated exceptional foresight and strategic planning; the current Sanwo-Olu has seemingly neglected the mainland. disorganization of markets, inadequate waste management systems, unreliable electricity supply, and the deteriorated condition of inner roads. We antic
A video from 2010 shows how Fashola transformed Oshodi from a dangerous and chaotic place into a clean and safer environment.
Fashola was a very heavy-handed and strict governor who took bold actions to get things done. To bring sanity to Oshodi, he literally brought in bulldozers to clear out the place.
@lagosyouknow Fashola's visionary master plan for the mainland seems to have been abandoned by the current Sanwo-Olu admin. We're seeing disorganised markets, poor waste management, lack of electricity n poorly maintained inner roads. We're hoping 4 a thriving mainland in d next administration
To the glory of God, I humbly acknowledge my nomination as the deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2027 Lagos State governorship election.
Today is a reminder of the endless possibilities that have defined our Lagos. It is my hope that my story continues to serve as a reminder that there is no ceiling to our greatness.
As a woman of faith, I have no doubt that God is the architect of our lives, and for this reason, I thank God for His benevolence and grace, which continue to order my steps along this journey.
I convey my deepest gratitude to our president, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose exemplary leadership has deepened democratic values in our country and under whose leadership our nation is now on a stronger economic footing. My sincere appreciation to the first lady, Her Excellency Sen. Oluremi Tinubu for her encouragement and support.
I thank our governor, His Excellency Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, and Her Excellency Dr Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu; the candidate of our party, Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat; his wife, Mrs Oluremi Hamzat; all the leaders, elders, and great men and women of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos State led by our chairman, Hon. Cornelius Ojelabi; and all the executives and party structure from the state to the ward level.
I extend my profound appreciation to the leadership of our party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), for considering me worthy of this responsibility. I am especially grateful to the leadership of the Governance Advisory Council led by our respected and revered GAC leader, Prince Tajudeen Olusi, for their collective wisdom, which has continued to serve as an anchor for our party in Lagos State.
I appreciate our traditional rulers, community leaders, grassroots mobilisers, women and youth leaders, and countless supporters across the state.
I extend my deepest gratitude to the people of Badagry and especially Badagry West, whom I have previously had the privilege to serve. Their encouragement has remained a constant source of inspiration, strength, and faith.
This moment belongs to all of us, especially our young people, women, and girls. I am grateful for your outpour of support and look forward to meeting you all in the coming days.
It is a tremendous honour to fly the flag of our great party as deputy governorship candidate to our candidate, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat. Together, we shall work to consolidate the model of progressive governance that has distinguished Lagos as a centre of excellence and example to other subnationals.
To every Lagosian, I thank you all. May God bless the people and government of Lagos State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
This morning, our okada rider stopped behind a bus even though there was space to pass. I asked why he didnβt move. Suddenly, a man came out of the bus with a cutlass. The woman behind me started crying, and I saw scary things inside the bus.
This video was recorded at the request of my boss, who has expressed strong concerns about Hausa commercial motorcycle (okada) operators in the state.ββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ

@fattylincorn_01 NDDC too are almost the same. South East young politicians decided to fill his pocket instead of developing the rural areas in their region, it is a shame. What is he doing in Abuja? In the first place
Still needs some work, but kudos to Fashola! Sanwo-Olu has seemingly abandoned the mainland; Lagos today needs significant improvement in inner roads, market organization, waste management systems, and electricity. π§π‘

The Shocking Story of a Kidnapping Victim in Kaduna (Part 1)
The victim said: They had detailed information about me. Before kidnapping me, they told me they had spent six weeks gathering intelligence on my movements. They also claimed that the Kaduna State Government withdraws money every month to distribute to bandit camps. However, according to them, only about 1% reaches their group in exchange for stopping attacks along the Kaduna-Abuja Expressway.
He said he was kidnapped on July 16 and arrived at their camp on July 19. Towards the end of July 2024, he witnessed their leader being taken away and later returning in the evening with bags of rice, spaghetti, cartons of noodles, and bundles of cash.
According to him, the leader ordered his men to wake him up and prepare what he called "government food" for him to see, saying:
"They know you speak on radio programs, so see for yourself what the government gives us."
The victim further claimed that the gang leader boasted that they could stop up to 200 vehicles within 30 minutes and that, during major operations, they sometimes abduct hundreds of innocent Nigerians.
He recounted several disturbing incidents he witnessed. One person was allegedly k6lled while attempting to escape. The following day, another captive was shot after the kidnappers initially claimed he was too poor to pay a ransom. He also said that a man whose three children had been kidnapped paid part of the ransom. Two of the children were released, but the third was reportedly beaten to deæth while the kidnappers recorded a video.
The victim said the camp had a steady supply network, claiming that most suppliers were Hausa traders who provided food, petrol, and other necessities. According to him, kidnapping had become a highly organized criminal enterprise, with people supplying food, hard drugs, alcohol, and even ice blocks throughout the day because the profits were extremely high.
He added:
"We trekked for three days through the forests around Rijana before reaching their camp. It is an experience I will never forget. I would not wish anyone, even my worst enemy to fall into the hands of kidnappers."
@BiaPulse Young politicians are worse than the old ones. Many rural areas need clean pipe-borne water, health centre, schools, inner roads and machinery for agriculture but one person will embezzle everything and care less about the less privileged. It is a shame
