@boschusa Bosch does not care about you as a customer. They will act like it, but they don’t really care and do not make an effort to keep you as a customer.

@boschusa There is the social media response/image and then there is the reality of so many peoples terrible experience. They called me to laugh at me when I asked for a refund and then blocked me here. That is your real Bosch. #worklikeabosch
@BoschHC_US I wanted my food to stay cold but due to a known software issue in their fridge I lost thousands of dollars in food. So good luck with their boilers. Customer service called me last week to laugh in my face when I asked for a refund.
@BoschSecurityUS These folks have a known software issue in their fridge where the freezer thaws. It doesn’t impact enough so they don’t have a duty to disclose,can happen out of warranty so no obligation to remedy. I can’t speak to the gun detection system but I can’t trust them with a freezer…

The end result was they told me to buy a new fridge from them at a discount. they’d drop it off in front of my house & I pay for install and removal. When I was on with customer service they literally laughed at me when I asked for a refund.
@BoschHC_US Would you folks like to help me? Customer service laughed @ me about my defective fridge and the appliance group rather than help blocked me. I think I know the answer will be to block me too but I lost a lot food for my family so thought I’d ask.

I had the same experience with their fridge. They did call be back once to laugh at me when I asked for a refund. #likeabosch now they’ve flagged me as spam. That’s what they do if you keep making noise. Good luck Siddarth. @BoschGlobal be better.
