@OfficialSBICare Got a call from SBI but he also not sure why account opening was refused, asked him for door step service. Also did not see any update on this complain.
@TheOfficialSBI consider this is a formal complaint against Rajarhat Kathgola branch (SBIN0016917). Staff denied opening a savings account for my mother, a senior citizen, & told her to "come back Saturday." This is a violation of senior citizen priority service norms.
