SCOUPS CAREER BOOK

🍒 2017 Clap era & our 1st Caratland FM
👤 Did u expect Clap to became a huge topic?
🍒 yes I was aware of it. There was a part of it that I was aiming for as well. As soon as I heard Clap song I thought 'this is a song where I can really stand out' so I actually worked extremely hard on my diet during the promotions. I was a bit harsh on myself and there were many difficult aspects during our activities but I think 1st Caratland was a fm that helped me collect my thoughts and ground myself

they were talking abt seungkwan being good at doing the jeollado accent

🍊 shin minah sbn said the same thing! when we were rehearsing our lines, she actually complimented me saying "you're really good!" then she asked "are you from jeollado?"
🍊some of our members are from jeollado and when i get close to someone i start picking up their accent

seungkwan mentioning mingyu when they were talking

🍊 theres a member named mingyu. youre so much like him
🍊 he goes for a run, hits the sauna, and waits until he's absolutely dying of thirst. he even chills his glass before taking a shower then enjoys his drink like this

[hannie ☻ @minghaocheoI_]

seungkwan talking abt how he landed the role

🍊 i ended up becoming friends with w quite a few actors. those friends told me "i'd love to see u act" since i'd done so much variety tv, i was worried people would find it funny if i started acting but they told me "u have a really serious side too." after hearing things like that i became more interested. i started watching watching tons of dramas and checked out perfs by idols who made the move into acting. before i knew it, i'd fallen in love with acting and then this opportunity came along.
🍊i didnt want people to think i'd gotten the role bc i was famous so i've been doing homework and studying

🍒 2020 left & right blue hair! it’s memorable to me because i wasn’t in great health before that promotion, so i had to take a break. thinking back to those days makes my heart ache..

s.coups shares his memories about the making of super/sonogong #에스쿱스

🍒 oh, super in 2023.. i seriously thought that this song would really do well. i had no doubt about it. woozi and bumzu hyung called me and made me listen to the song, telling me that i have to write the rap for the 2nd verse. the moment i heard the intro, wow... this is it!
🍒 the members discussed that we absolutely had to have 100-200 dancers doing the choreo in sync, so we really practiced hard~

scoups mentioned mingyu in his 'my career book' content with esquire #민규

🍒 july 19, 2021, our contract renewal
🍒 i think it wasn't easy. i feel like i've said this so many times but mingyu worked really hard, and i always believed that we would all go together

💬 other than our monthly seventeen gathering on the last day of every month, what other tradition would you like to create?
🍒 i may sound coercive since i’ve missed one but i hope there’s a tradition where members would have to attend other unit or solo concerts of other members if they don’t have a schedule. i learned a lot from it, and the fact that the members are here acts as a driving force for us to do better on stage!

💬 during the ‘be the sun’ world tour, what was the most memorable stage production?
🍒 i think the ending was the most memorable. we were standing on the stairs when the doors close and during the world tour, jeonghan would turn around and hold my hands really tightly every time it ended. the ending was the most memorable.
