Suite à l'interdiction de FABLE 5, le PDG de Microsoft s'exprime. Il a publié un texte que tout dirigeant ou toute personne utilisant l'IA devrait lire : « une (IA) frontière sans écosystème n'est pas stable. »

En clair, ne pariez pas votre boîte sur LE meilleur modèle du moment. Le vrai danger n'est pas de mal choisir votre modèle. C'est de bâtir toute votre boîte dessus. Parce que le jour où ce modèle disparaît, comme Fable 5, c'est toute votre valeur qui part avec lui.

Son raisonnement tient en une idée. Chaque entreprise va devoir bâtir deux capitaux.

Le capital humain d'abord : le savoir et l'intuition de vos équipes.

Le capital token ensuite, et c'est là que tout se joue. C'est la part d'IA que vous possédez vraiment, par opposition à un modèle que vous ne faites que louer.

Le plus contre-intuitif c'est que plus votre IA monte en puissance, plus le cerveau humain qui la pilote prend de la valeur.

Pour lui le vrai actif n'a donc jamais été le modèle que vous branchez, mais la boucle que vous faites tourner par-dessus, celle qui accumule l'expertise de votre maison. (Donc le systeme que vous construisait autour).

D'où son test : êtes-vous capable de débrancher un modèle pour en brancher un autre sans perdre toute cette expertise ? Si oui, vous tenez la vraie souveraineté de l'ère de l'IA. Sinon, il y a du travail à faire !
