ये भरत भूषण तिवारी है। जो कि बिहार जिला भोजपुर थाना शाहपुर बिलौटी गांव के रहने वाले थे।

Bsc सेकेंड ईयर के स्टूडेंट थे। स्वाभाव से थोड़ा गर्म दिमाग़ के थे। अपने गांव में परिवर्तन लाने के लिए पिस्तौल लहरा कर पुलिस प्रशासन से अपनी मांग मनवाना चाहते थे।

लेकिन प्रशासन ने घेराबंदी करके इनका एनकाउंटर कर दिया। जबकि भरत भूषण तिवारी बंदूक फ़ेंक कर सरेंडर कर चुके थे। तब भी प्रशासन ने गिरफ़्तार करने के बजाय 5 गोलियां इनके शरीर में उतार दिया। गांव वाले फ़ेंक एनकाउंटर बता रहे। गांव वालों का कहना है कि भारत भूषण तिवारी, भगत सिंह, चंद्रशेखर आजाद की तरह इस युग के क्रांतिकारी थे।
