🗣Thank you Coaches
“For everything you’ve done this year, like 2020 its been challenging. Keeping players engaged, games & training safe, spending more free time making so many happy. I hope Santa gets you everything off your list for Christmas.”

Grassroots
Ref #Shoutout to my son Finn. Age 14 qualified as a ref a month ago and so far has refereed 12 games, ranging from u/7 girls, u9and u/10 boys, up to U/14 girls and boys Cup games. So proud of him.
The best coaches dont suck up all the local talent someone else created.
They have a flawless way of bringing out the talent in anybody.
Development is a process. Not an u10 score.
This is a very powerful message about respecting others and valuing what they do (in grassroots - FOR FREE) If you are one of those adults that shout, swear and berate young children and officials - STOP IT!!!!!
Message from an Unknown Coach
Today I heard a comment made about me behind my back, I started to turn around and look but decided better of it, I know I make mistakes..

If you were able to watch your child play today and the result or performance didn’t go the way you wanted, just take a second & remember these players have not played regularly for 12 months. All they want right now is to just play, no pressure, just play, just for fun.
