Happy thanksgiving everybody. I’m so thankful that @FrontierCorp still won’t provide me the service the said they would. Fortunately @TMobile has new home wifi system that I may just have to try. I’m sure they wouldn’t leave a “valued customer” waiting 5 hrs with no courtesy call

Must be when @FrontierCorp is done trying to help you they just cut all lines of communication. Guess I’ll just sit in my new house no internet no phone. At least I’m a valued customer. If that value was 0.
@FrontierCorp customer service is so great the Tech won’t even call or show up to the scheduled appointment to let you know the all the service is “full” left work early waited 5 hours @ $19 an hour can I bill you for that time?
