The Pawn Bots Black Hole Theory (PBBHT):
The closer we get to 0.5 ETH, the bigger the incentives become to buy a Pawn Bot given the floor will be burned once we cross the 0.5 ETH mark.
Burning the floor will get the price up, but it's also a very bullish signal psychologically.
Hifi's masterplan all along has been to build a solid foundation, the Hifi protocol, and build a series of consumer-facing products on top of it like @pawnbots.
It's all about building an ecosystem.
Whereas +99% of NFT projects stoped building and rugged their community, the @pawnbots team continues building heads down and is focused on delivering actual value for the community.
By just staying alive we will win market shares and gain attention from the public.
The fixed-rate lending sector in crypto is still very young, but it's pretty clear IMO that it will outperform variable-rate lending in the long run.
Financial systems need stability and reliability, which variable-rate lending can't provide.
Only 39 days have passed since the mint date, and 2.25% of all @pawnbots have already been burned!
Wonder how small the supply will be in a year from now.
The @pawnbots holder count decreasing is great.
The smaller the community, the easier it is to coordinate a floor price increase, the faster we get to a 0.5 ETH floor price and get the burning started.
Everyone will want in when that happens.

@csharp52287690@PawnBots Those are for special occasions.
The majority of the burning will happen once we cross 0.5 ETH, following the offical roadmap.

The floor burning of @pawnbots is really underrated.
Bots sold at floor price are by definition ones which no one really likes. Once they get burned, they are forever out of the supply, meaning only those which people like remain in the supply.
The burns are a quality filter.
It basically doesn't matter whether or not the floor price goes up, as long as there is volume. Let people sell their bots, it generates volume.
The more volume, the more bots will be bought at floor price and burned by the treasury, acting as a quality filter.
