Although Putin constantly states that Russia will not attack Europe, Russian state propaganda is preparing the Russian people for a new war which must begin soon.

The state news agency RIA Novosti published an article claiming that Russia would soon conduct a "special military operation" against Lithuania.

The article was removed following the public outcry, but it had already revealed their intentions.
