Three women asked for water but one filled the cup with soda, causing a heated argument with 20-year-old employee D’Mari Jy’Quan Patterson

Cellphone video captured Patterson yelling before he racked a gun and fired inside the restaurant

One woman was shot and fell to the floor, another was grazed, and Patterson followed the third woman outside and fired again, shattering a window

The women drove themselves to the hospital with minor injuries. Patterson later called 911, admitted to shooting, and told police where he hid the gun

FBI team up with Arkansas state police to bust corrupt Sheriff.

This is the video of Sheriff James Stephens of Johnson County Arkansas getting caught as part of an FBI sting.

Arkansas state police were directed by the FBI to pull over Stephens as part of a normal traffic stop. During the stop Stephens claimed he was visiting a confidential Informant (CI) as his reason for traveling outside of his county.

What Stephens was not aware of was the house he stopped at was being monitored by the FBI. It was due to this visit that the FBI instructed the trooper to stop Stephens.

During the stop a search was conducted and pills and large amounts of Marijuana were found. It was at that time the Sheriff was taken into custody.

The story didn't stop there as he stayed on as the Sheriff while he fought the charges which is mind blowing to me.

In the end he took a plea deal.
He plead guilty to felony possession of hydrocodone.

In return he resigned as Sheriff and surrendered his certificate so he can never work in law enforcement again. He also got a sweetheart deal of 6 months probation and a fine of 10k.

Another easy penalty for a public official. What do you think the penalty would be for a regular citizen?

JUST IN: Brentwood Police say 'Reacher' star Alan Ritchson acted in self-defense, say no charges will be filed.

The development comes as new footage appears to show Ritchson's neighbor blocking the road while he was on his motorcycle.

"After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued," said the Brentwood Police Department.

"Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense."

"Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges."

The case has been closed.
