@Boroartist You phoned LNER who said the penalty should stand. Your group then built up this "aggressive " narrative and it seemed you were set on ruining his career. For the rest of us on he train you just sounded entitled.
@Boroartist He didn't even charge you as much as he should have. He charged you for standard class and let you stay in first, plus he took into account what you had already paid for your 2 together tickets. You then loudly complained about how you had been wronged.
@Boroartist I was sitting near you in the train when this happened. I didn't think he was aggressive at all. The problem was you had 2 together tickets without the right rail card and you had to buy full price tickets from him. You tried to wiggle your way out of the extra charges.
