Millions of black males are being raised by single mothers who DO NOT have adequate maturity in emotional regulation.

So you have millions (Not all) of black women raising boys who DO NOT know how to properly regulate their emotions. These boys then become dangers to society.

Men who do not know how to regulate their emotions are DANGEROUS.

The first step in solving the problem is admitting we have one. Which we do.
