@VerizonSupport@Verizon why do you not deliver devices to your own stores for customers to pickup? I’ve had issues with your delivery provider UPS- and asked for that option. Verizon refused. Even Refused to find alternative delivery carrier. No accommodation for the customer at all.
@Verizon has the worst customer service representatives. They Lie and transfer to other departments. 5 hours with them- lied to multiple times- and was refused what was promised to me.
@Famous_Daves I submitted feedback about my order that was SO DRY all the meat was crunchy and almost inedible- I threw most of it away. I received an automated response that I would be contacted in 48 hours…that was 7 Days ago!

@AskLyft and @lyft your support team is TERRIBLE. Nobody via the chat and help and just push me to another team that doesn’t even do phone calls or chats- but EMAIL. I have to wait for an EMAIL?! How unacceptable is this for issues to need a quick resolution

@BravoTV please remove Law Roach from Project Runway- he is rude to contestants and dares to call THEM rude for not taking/accepting his rude comments.
Bringing back @heidiklum was great, but his addition was a poor choice.
@WWWYFest@frontgatetix is refusing to resolve an issue or refund a ticket purchase error due to their website error. Not Cool, and the only resolution offered is for me to spend more money or try to resell on my own 😠

RTD riders at 61st and Pena left abandoned- the shuttles going westbound towards Union station are full from DIA- so all riders stuck at 61st and Pena. RTD refuses to send extra to pickup these people!!
@CityofDenver since @RideRTD has completely abandoned Denver citizens at 61st and Pena station- with no resolution in sight, can the city assist us? @DenverChannel@9NEWS
