@lucyocallaghanx @Argos_Online My mom ordered a toilet seat last year - it arrived broken badly, so we attempted to fix it but no good so started the process for a return. Argos sent a delivery driver to collect the damaged seat then my mom awaited her £25 refund. A year later and nothing, shameful.

@BurgerKingUK the member of staff who just answered the phone at your Burger King in Solihull is absolutely disgraceful. Rude guy! Needs to be investigated immediately. It’s giving homophobia soon as he heard my slightly camp voice he was vile… not a good look Burger King 👎🏼
