@cenkuygur Arkansas recreational didn't pass bc it was a shit bill. No relief for those in jail, 1 oz limit, and basically just puts more money in the Arkansas weed cartels pockets. Medical isn't that great, and i can still be arrested for it if the cop feels like it.
