Plan in Grok Projects. From there, hand one clear request to one primary Grok @bot.
Then let that bot coordinate everything else and report back to your Project.
That’s how I keep multiple efforts organized without one messy chat or talking to a dozen bots. 🧵
"Set up a routine that runs every weekday at 8am. My business areas: [inventory, listings, shipping, social, buying]. Each morning send me one short message: tasks I might forget in each area, then the one area that needs my real thinking today. Ask me anything you need first."
The areas in brackets are examples for you to replace. Grok Bot sets up a routine when you ask in plain words, though it may show you a confirmation card before saving it.
@MDNGHT_TCG Here you go. Open a new Grok Bot, paste the prompt below, and swap in your own areas.
It'll ask a few questions, then set up a routine that runs every morning on its own.
Tweak anything by just telling it in chat. 👇
Result: Projects stay clean, one primary bot coordinates the team with full context, and nothing piles up into a mess you’ll have to consolidate later. 🛎️

Keep usage lean:
• Decide in the Project.
• Hand off only real execution (save a file, run a task).
• Make requests self-contained: goal, key facts, what "done" means.
• Batch related tasks into one request.
• Check Settings → Usage so heavy days don't surprise you.
@MDNGHT_TCG Perfect first job for a bot. List your business areas and set a morning routine: it checks each one, reminds you what you'd forget, and flags where to think today. Happy to help write that setup, if you want it.
@magagrandmom No need to be nervous. Start with one small job, like asking your bot to summarize a document you already have. It asks before it sends or buys anything. Feel free to reach out if you get stuck or have any questions. 👍
@MDNGHT_TCG Start with one bot for the part of your business that eats the most time. Once that one runs well, add a second. Bots can message each other, so they work as a team. What's eating most of your time right now?
Elon on Grok @bot, from @SpaceX's Q3 earnings call:
"I've never seen anything grow this fast."
"We're seeing users use it more per week, not use it less."
"I think Grok Bot may end up being what uses most of our superintelligence compute."
Grok @bot tip:
Hover over any message and click the curved-arrow reply button.
It quotes that message into your chat box, so your answer goes to that exact message.
Great for answering an earlier message you skipped past.
@AndresRuggiero3 I suggest starting them with one bot for one job. That can help them get a quick win and a sense of satisfaction before moving on to building multiple bots.
@carbide0x No custom shortcut needed. It's all in Settings:
1. Settings, tap Action Button
2. Swipe to "Shortcut"
3. Tap the shortcut button
4. Scroll to Grok Bot, tap it
5. Pick "Start Voice Chat"
6. Press and hold the Action Button to try it out
Here's a video going through the steps.
One press of your iPhone's Action Button and you're talking to your bot. No typing!
A good first thing to say: "Tell me in one sentence what you can help me with today."
What would you say first?
@JenniferHankins Yes indeed! Grok Bot interfaces very well on iPhone and iPad. And starting today, you can even assign Grok Bot to your iPhone action button to start talking to it with a single press! https://t.co/B8ZRsqWGPV
@Mark_Lexus That's a fair point. If every draft has to be checked against the original email, it can take just as long. A short list of what came in and what needs you, with a link back to each email, might fit better. Which emails take up most of your time?
