TEA-Fi Project AMA Full Summary (December 2025)

Overall Review & Current Status
The past month since TGE has been the most difficult in the project’s history, marked by technical issues, delayed roadmaps, and severe price volatility. The project has now largely stabilized, and the core team believes TFi is currently stronger than ever. This AMA provides a fully transparent post-mortem of key decisions and events over the past month.

TGE Key Decisions Recap
- The original sophisticated weekend launch strategy collapsed Friday night when a core partner failed to deliver, forcing an on-the-fly switch to backup plans and postponement to Monday in sync with Kraken.
- 6-hour airdrop release cliff: Intended to allow 6 hours of trading without airdrop selling pressure to establish an initial price range ($0.40–$0.50) and reduce panic selling. The effect was limited, but the team sold no tokens during this period.
- DEX liquidity strategy: PancakeSwap v3/v4 liquidity deliberately kept low to avoid capping upward price discovery. Liquidity will increase moderately this week and significantly before year-end.
- Tomorrow’s (Dec 3) 10M token unlock: From short-term treasury; team has pre-bought back a large amount with virtually no practical use remaining, so almost no selling pressure expected.

Current & Future Token Demand Drivers
