South Davis Jr. High School was placed in lockdown for a brief time this afternoon after a report was received of a student with a gun.
We responded quickly and determined the report was false.
At this time we have no further information to share.

We are trying to locate a runaway juvenile, 14 year old Sasha Ochoa. She was last seen at her home in Bountiful on 4-21-2023 at 5 PM. She is believed to be with a boy her age named Ruben (last name unknown).

On 4/17, the 13 year old victim in this case rode his electric scooter to Ernie’s Too after school to meet with his friends and get a drink. He left his scooter outside by the front door because he didn’t want to upset the cashier by bringing it inside.
