🇮🇱 ISRAEL'S been running a quiet, well-funded operation to shape how AI CHATBOTS talk about GAZA, and it's bigger than one report suggests.

The known scale: a $46.5 million contract, run by Trump's former campaign manager Brad Parscale through his firm Clock Tower X, paying out roughly $4.5 million a month.

It's built around a network of sites dressed up as independent research outlets. One confirmed example is Paxpoint .org, pushing the line that Israel is "a nation of peace," another casting doubt on the killing of a 5-year-old girl by the Israeli military.

Researchers found Gemini and Copilot already draw on this network's content, and it's showing up in Perplexity's training data too.

When Drop Site asked Perplexity a direct question about U.S.-Israel military ties, it answered "Yes," one word, citing a Parscale-built site as its top source. One study cited in the investigation found as few as 250 planted documents can measurably shift a large AI model's output.

By law, U.S.-based influence sites like this have to disclose they're working for a foreign government. Perplexity and Copilot didn't always show that disclosure. Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini did.

Every side of this war has learned the same lesson at different speeds: the fight isn't just for headlines anymore, it's for whatever a chatbot says when someone asks it a "neutral" question.
