@d0ntblow1t@I_Am_Rephlex But seriously.. for me at this level he mustn’t play 90mins or play all the games .. his presence is very needed for the team.. he should be like a player/ assistant coach. yes other players performed poorly too
@MaziJegz@NDUBUISIFELIX5@instablog9ja Some people will argue with you that Nigeria was about to be bankrupt if they continue paying for subsidy.. but I ask them how come those unaccounted money like the 210 trillion from NNpc didn’t bankrupt us.
This is the major issue I have with this administration.
We are constantly told that development and economic reforms require hardship and sacrifice. Fine. But my question is: after making painful decisions such as fuel subsidy removal which they claimed would bankrupt Nigeria if retained why has this government failed to tackle corruption with the same level of urgency?
We were told that fuel subsidy would destroy the economy. We are told that increasing the minimum wage significantly would cause inflation. Yet reports of trillions of naira being mismanaged or unaccounted for somehow do not threaten the country's survival?
And remember, this is just one agency and one reported case involving NNPC. There are similar cases across other government institutions that never receive the same attention.
If President Tinubu truly wants Nigerians to believe these sacrifices are for the nation's benefit, then the burden should not fall solely on ordinary citizens. There should be policies that also demand sacrifice, accountability, and transparency from politicians and public officials.
Real leadership is not asking only the masses to endure hardship while those in power remain insulated from its consequences.
@ababohfranck@dammiedammie35 Because some Northern elites are backing them… Also they feel if the government can grant militants in the Niger Delta amnesty they should also do the same with the boko boys.
