I reviewed this piecemeal multi announced "project". Why? I could not believe this stupid rail overpass was not already on the go? I also see there is no "phase" for the most dangerous portion of Hwy 1: Just west of the Vedder canal and the bridges over the Vedder canal! Essentially after 20 years of babbling all you are doing is shifting gridlock to the worst spot. Fools.
I assisted a friend with his Rogers for business issue. The FIRST call did provide a call back: 45 minutes. The tech was pro but could not resolve: "its controlled by customer care". I was transferred 2 more times. After about 2.5 hours on hold the issue was not resolved. A "free" tech was site visit was initiated. The Telco's have an incorrect business model and need adult supervision.
