Dropped my Jeep off 5/1 w/ check engine light. $3K in repairs diagnosed 5/4—just 36 hrs after my CarMax warranty expired on 5/2. Claim denied. Car was in on time, delay was shop’s. @CarMax won’t help, not even goodwill. 3-time buyer, now ex-customer. #WarrantyFail
