Boxaid took care of my computer problem, quickly and professionally. I needed them a second time just weeks later and again John took care of my problem quickly and made some suggestions to help my computers work better.. Thanks John
John is a force of nature. No need to surf three hours--I did for you. No need to waste $400 with flashy websites using unskilled geeks--I did for you. You follow. John talks normally, calmly and is patient. He does not move like he just snorted white powder. Humble yet wise.
“I have used Boxaid a number of years ago with excellent results. I am super impressed that my experience with John from Tech Support today was equally excellent. He was extremely patiently, efficient, and knowledgeable.” Another 5 star review!
