Abdul El Sayed – Evidence of Massive Campaign Finance Money Laundering

(213 suspected “Smurfs” laundered up to $106,000,000 of which $104,000 goes to El Sayed!)
Newly discovered evidence reveals a very strong correlation of Abdul El Sayed receiving large amounts of laundered money. Newly discovered FEC data reveals that Michigan U.S. Senate candidate, Abdul El Sayed is receiving large amounts of money from straw donors that have donated more than 1,000 separate donations each to multiple Democratic campaigns and committees such as the DSCC, the DNC and the DCCC.
Using the A.I. known as “Perplexity”, campaign donations to Abdul El Sayed and cross referencing these with a very large spreadsheet of more than 70,000 suspected “smurfs”, AKA suspected “straw donors” that have each allegedly donated more than 1,000 times a nexus was found of 213 “donors”.
This group of suspected “smurfs” have been found to have donated “allegedly” the sum of $106,953,810.51 in exactly 707,840 donations or “transactions”. This sum of money has gone to numerous Democratic campaigns, PACS and committees via ActBlue.
After having applied the filter to those 213 donors to just Abdul El Sayed, it was found that these 213 donors “allegedly donated” $104,687.38 in 2552 separate donations/transactions. The resulting average El Sayed transaction is only $41.02. This small donation amount is exactly the kind of small dollar donation that ActBlue thought would be virtually invisible as it fell below the normal FEC radar algorithms. We now know how to find this devious money laundering that has been taking place for over two decades!

ActBlue Recent History

On June 23, 2026 ActBlue released the following statement:
“Today ActBlue announced that the number of candidates using its platform has surged nearly 51 percent compared to the same point in the 2022 midterm cycle. This is the sharpest signal yet that ActBlue’s strategy to help more candidates at every level of the ballot is working, and comes on the same day the platform is introducing its most ambitious set of new tools to date.”
There is no doubt that money being channeled through ActBlue is at a rate never seen before. According to a August 6, 2026 query to A.I.:
“In the ongoing midterm election cycle, ActBlue continues to outpace WinRed in overall small-dollar fundraising volume.”
Why is this the case?
Is it possible that ActBlue is using straw donors, AKA “Smurfs”, to illegally funnel large sums of money by “borrowing” identities if seniors to funnel this extraordinarily large amount of cash into Democratic coffers?
To answer that question, investigative reporters like Pulitzer Award Winner, Charlie LeDuff, Peter Bernegger, James O Keefe and Bob Cushman have spent considerable time trying to solve that mystery.
On July 27, 2026 ,Charlie LeDuff revealed on national TV at NewsMax with Carl Higbie that a study had been completed that had found 120 smurfs that had been shown to have donated, “allegedly”, $16,000,000 in almost three quarters of a million separate donations. Astonishingly these donations only averaged $21.96 each! How can this be?

The average donation total per smurf amounts to $134,000 in 6,000 separate donations per smurf. Interestingly, the average age of these 120 smurfs is 74 years old. This aged group of donors is in total alignment with previous straw donor studies and greatly furthers the belief that individual donors had been victims of identity theft.
Did ActBlue intentionally mislead Congress?
In April of 2026, it was reported that:
The report also reveals that the five current or former employees at ActBlue who appeared for depositions all invoked their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination during questioning - for a total of 146 times.
"Put simply: every member of ActBlue’s legal and compliance team appears to have left the platform after the 2024 election because of its 'knowing and willful' acceptance of illegal foreign contributions, and the subsequent cover-up."

This report analyzes 213 donor records (205 unique donor names) drawn from a nationwide small-dollar donor file cross-referenced against Federal Election Commission (https://t.co/vBWPopKtbs) records for contributions to the Abdul El-Sayed for Michigan campaign, the Democratic nominee in Michigan's 2026 U.S. Senate race against Republican Mike Rogers.
Applying a 15-test composite scoring framework — combining six "Cushman" tests, six "Bernegger" tests, and three "Standard" joint tests (see Methodology, below) — the analysis flagged the following risk-tier distribution across all 213 records:

The El-Sayed-specific totals (2,552 transactions, $104,687.38) match exactly against an independent pull of https://t.co/vBWPopKtbs itemized Schedule A records for the same committee, corroborating the accuracy of the vendor file's El-Sayed-specific fields used throughout this analysis. .
By contrast, the average nationwide gift size ($151.10) is roughly 3.7x the average gift size to the El-Sayed campaign specifically ($41.02) — consistent with the micro-donation / structuring signature discussed under the Cushman C1 and Bernegger B6 tests, below.

Key Findings
••46 of 213 donor records (22%) scored in the CRITICAL or HIGH risk tiers, indicating multiple simultaneous fraud-pattern indicators per record.
•179 of 213 flagged donors (84%) list an address outside Michigan, despite the campaign being a Michigan U.S. Senate race — a strong geographic-mismatch signal (Bernegger B5 test).
•Every one of the 213 donor records (100%) carries a lifetime nationwide transaction count of at least 1,000 transactions, and the single highest count reaches 45,448 transactions — a volume signature consistent with professionalized, automated, or bot-assisted small-dollar giving rather than organic individual donor behavior (Cushman C2 test).
•186 records (87%) show a structuring-consistent average gift to the El-Sayed campaign of $200 or less, and 108 records (51%) show a suspiciously round whole-dollar average contribution.
•36 donor records (17%) carry a cross-ZIP multi-identity flag — the same donor name recorded under materially different ZIP codes within the underlying nationwide file.
•The largest same-city/state donor cluster is New York, NY, with 13 flagged donors sharing a metro area — see Figure 7.
•Eight donor records reached the CRITICAL tier (composite score ≥ 140 of a possible 235); the highest-scoring record, PAGNI, JEAN of Reno, NV, scored 170 points and triggered 9 of the 15 individual tests.
•Source-file total contributions credited to El-Sayed across all 213 records: $104,687. Because 7 donor names appear as duplicate join-artifact rows (see Data Quality & Limitations), the deduplicated total by unique donor name is approximately $102,983.

SUBJECT: Investigation into Unlawful “Straw Donor” and Foreign Contributions in American Elections

Federal law (52 U.S.C. 30121 and 30122) strictly prohibits making political contributions in the name of another person, as well as contributions by foreign nationals.

Notwithstanding these laws designed to protect American democracy, press reports and investigations by congressional committees have generated extremely troubling evidence that online fundraising platforms have been willing participants in schemes to launder excessive and prohibited contributions to political candidates and committees.

Specifically, these reports raise concerns that malign actors are seeking to evade Federal source and amount limitations on political contributions by breaking down large contributions from one source into many smaller contributions, nominally attributed to numerous other individuals, potentially without the consent or even knowledge of the putative contributors. The reports also raise concerns that such “straw donations” are being made through “dummy” accounts, potentially using gift cards or prepaid credit cards to evade detection.
Further, there is evidence to suggest that foreign nationals are seeking to misuse online fundraising platforms to improperly influence American elections.
A recent House of Representatives investigation revealed that a platform named ActBlue had in recent years detected at least 22 “significant fraud campaigns”, nearly half of which had a foreign nexus.
During a 30-day window during the 2024 campaign, the platform detected 237 donations from foreign IP addresses using prepaid cards, indicating that this activity remains a pressing concern.
These activities undermine the integrity of our electoral process. Therefore, I direct the Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, to use all lawful authority, as necessary, to investigate allegations regarding the unlawful use of online fundraising platforms to make “straw” or “dummy” contributions or foreign contributions to political candidates and committees, and to take all appropriate actions to enforce the law.

I further direct the Attorney General to report back to me through the Counsel to the President within 180 days of the date of this memorandum on the results of the investigation.

This memorandum is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

Conclusion

There is no doubt in this author’s mind that this is a comprehensive indication that Massive Campaign Finance Fraud has been committed. It should be noted that over 63% of these 213 donors received either a elevated, high or critical score as related to the likelihood of being an illegal campaign donation!
When the FBI and/or Congress subpoena’s the bank records, the FEC records and ActBlue’s records the legal burden of proof will undoubtedly secure indictments/convictions. It is highly suspect that ActBlue has been under a microscope of public disclosures and Congressional subpoena’s yet no substantive action has ensued.
Previous notifications to the FBI of campaign finance money laundering regarding Abdul El Sayed have been made.

After he "fixed" a juvie jail, kids suffered rape, beatings, and were given expired meds

Abdul El-Sayed, the unlicensed doctor, says he’s got the chops and experience to govern from D.C.

But does he?

On the campaign trail, on television, and online, he talks about his tenure as the Wayne County Health Director and his miraculous turn around of the fetid and violent juvenile detention facility.

“We had to rebuild it from the ground up,” he told a crowd of black pastors.

“We rebuilt it from the studs up,” he told a group of black Democrats.

“When the juvenile detention facility was in shambles, I declared a public health state of emergency to rebuild it,” he told CBS.

But those claims don’t hold up when you examine the officials records, court filings, or talk to people who actually worked at the juvenile jail. Those employees paint a picture of horror, abuse, and incompetence.

“Nothing was fixed,” said Jalal Malik-Ikram, a retired Detroit cop and former security officer at the juvenile jailhouse. “It was like prison. The kids called the shots, and their care and safety were beyond terrible.”

Malik-Ikram was fired for taking secret photographs to document the abuse. El-Sayed may have built the studs, but he forgot to lay a foundation.

“They were giving the kids expired medications,” Malik-Ikram said. “Or we couldn’t give the meds at all because it wasn’t safe. School? Education? There wasn’t none to speak of.”

El-Sayed came to work for Wayne County in 2023. His resume listed few professional jobs beyond his 16 months as the Detroit Health Director. He quit that job in 2017, ran for governor, and lost. From there he became a paid talking head for CNN during the Covid pandemic. Citing standard talking points, El-Sayed got most things wrong, including the benefits of school lockouts, masking outdoors, and the efficacy of the vaccine.

But El-Sayed was a “get” for the scandal-plagued county, whose Covid nursing home response was under intense scrutiny as was the plummeting life expectancy of Detroiters. In El-Sayed, they had themselves a real life TV doctor.

Wayne County paid him big—about $280,000 a year. That was $100,000 more than his predecessor, a black female, and $100,000 more than his successor, also a black female. This disparity came despite El-Sayed’s social justice position decrying the pay gap between white men and black women.

The month El-Sayed came aboard full-time with the county—March 2023—a 12-year-old boy was gang raped in the juvenile jail. Squalid and overcrowded, the deteriorating facility with overflowing sewage was a dumping ground not just for Detroit and Wayne County delinquents, but also for juveniles from across the state.

It was the embarrassed County Executive Warren Evans—not El-Sayed—who declared a three-month state of emergency. It was Evans who appointed El-Sayed his juvenile jail czar and handed him $10 million. El-Sayed spent the money. The kids got fresh underpants, the guards got a pay raise, but little else changed.

“[We] reorganized healthcare at the facility, raised salaries and wages by 35% to retain staff, and provided daily access to to hygiene products and clean underwear,” he told the Detroit News.

And it was Evans, the county executive, who lifted the emergency declaration in June 2023, calling El-Sayed’s 10-week tenure a great success.

But it wasn’t a great success. A week later, another kid was raped. Another week, and another beating. A few months later, the facility’s license was downgraded to a “provisional” status—requiring state supervision.

The findings by a state investigator were appalling—violence, irregular meals, 22-hour lockdowns.

In December 2023, two nurses filed a whistleblower lawsuit, alleging that they were fired after complaining to superiors that the children were being given expired medications.

In February 2024, the juvenile jail was given a second “provisional” license after a boy was savaged by other inmates.

Weeks later, a detention worker was charged and later convicted of the sexual assault of two boys. She is currently serving a 6-to-15-year prison sentence. One of the victims is now suing the county in federal court.

That’s when Malik-Ikram began snapping his photographs.

He tells the story of a gay teenager so distraught about being left in the general population that he pulled the florescent light bulbs out of the ceiling to harm himself.

“The kid ate the glass so they’d take him to the hospital,” Malik-Ikram recalled. “That way, he figured, when he come back to lock-up, he’d get placed on the safe floor. But they wouldn’t put him on the safe floor, so the kid would eat glass again. When that didn’t work, he got violent, and that’s when security officers slammed the kid’s head into the wall. I saw that, and I took pictures.”

Malik-Ikram was fired. He, too, has an active whistleblower lawsuit.

Last year, the children were moved into the new Wayne County Criminal Justice Complex, a project engulfed in corruption and cost-overruns. Violence and staffing levels remain serious issues there.

El-Sayed is now asking voters to consider his record at the juvenile jail as he pushes for Medicare for All when the truth is that he couldn’t manage medical care in a juvenile jailhouse.

But on the upside, he got kids toothbrushes and underpants.
