@WhistleblowingT I have told my own children not to go into teaching. There is no work life balance and I have missed out on so many experiences with them as they have grown up. You think it will get easier but it doesn’t.

@TheConfidentLe1 Agree about Early reading. Our recent Ofsted was really focused on that initially. My tip if you haven’t chosen an SSP do it now. They seem to love Little Wandle.
