The fact that Hajime no Ippo is not mentioned is INSANE. Hajime no Ippo has the best anime cast OAT. Each character is written in a way where they can be the MC. This is probably the only anime/manga where I remember all of their names. That’s how memorable the characters are

In-fighter vs All-terrain-fighter always makes for an entertaining tactical match up.

So much of it is the all-rounder trying to throw selected shots in the pocket to cause hesitation in the in-fighter.
