@PRlopez0904 Boxing is in sort of a weird period now because companies like TR who developed guys from their pro debut no longer have the network contracts and dates to create not only stars, but their “opponents” as well. HBO was awesome at that.

@PRlopez0904 But even then, he hadn’t beaten anyone like Boots in their prime. TR and HBO just did a better job moving him (they had bigger names like Judah, Mosley, heck even Bailey and Corley were well known). So he had a “resume” so to speak.

@K_CSG @LibertyLynx I feel the same way. But to be fair, I also wouldn’t want my son in that situation either. Everyone in my house carries (not my son he is too young still) and shoots to be as prepared as we can be but that’s a situation you never want to see anyone in.

@BreastEnj0yer @MongooseActual @pearsonm103 Either way, the way things have shook down this might be the weirdest shooting aftermath I have seen in a while. “Incel starts shooting because he hates women, kills male Muslim cop, rabbi pops out of nowhere and gets offed by female cop, incel gets shot down reloading by police”

@MongooseActual @pearsonm103 You can criticize, if you want, that she ran after getting shot in the shoulder (it appeared it was there), but frankly, had she not ran at that point the dude would have turned her to Swiss cheese like her partner.

@MongooseActual @pearsonm103 She did her job, as best as she could, she even took a round for her efforts. Same for the dead cop (RIP). Again, we don’t even know how the shooting started. We just have that clip. I am more surprised that no Canadian officer had an AR. “Rabbi” popped in at the wrong time/place

@MongooseActual @pearsonm103 But not that same I have a Glock, my partner dies in front of me scenario and the shooter is coming at me with greater fire power. So, no you can’t say I would or wouldn’t have done this or that. By the way, friendly fire does happen in the military. So, shit happens.

@MongooseActual @pearsonm103 There is also a lot of context missing here, we just have a few clips showing the male cop agonizing in the middle of the street and the female cop mistaking the “rabbi” for the (or a) shooter, and then getting shot at close range when she peeked out of cover to find the shooter.

Reality is, not one person commenting here has been in that same clusterfuck of a life/death scenario to know if they would have or wouldn’t have shot the man who decided to jump scare a cop in the midst of a fire fight.
