@MalevaBrava Even worse - it’s PDFs that the person didn’t load into mendeley. So I’m having to find them again to download the citations from the site where he downloaded the PDF in the first place.

I know in the winter especially I get them when the barometric pressure shifts so January has been rough on that.

Reminder about resolutions: the year may be new but the system around you is not. So be kind to yourself if change does not come easy. You’re still facing all the same things and those habits have helped you survive thus far.
