@bbcproms I still want answers to this. Winning the ballot is literally a once in a lifetime for many people who apply every year. You can’t just take away that legitimate win, I want to go this year and you should respect my ballot win

@bbcproms I spent hours of research and thousands of pounds to secure tickets to LNOTP. I don’t mind them being cancelled, I respect the decision. But I do not want a refund. I want to go next year. The odds of winning the ballot are one in millions. PLEASE don’t take that away from me

@RoyalAlbertHall Why can't you roll them over? Every other event can! Or at he very least give us first choice next year?? You can surely identify who had tickets and do that?! I've tried for 15 years to get these tickets - it's completely unacceptable to just cancel them!

@RoyalAlbertHall @Lozzle_m Please don’t take this away from us. It’s grossly unfair to select ballot winners and then simply revoke their winnings. You can’t fathom what the event would have meant to me this year. What detriment would be caused if you let us keep them?

@Lozzle_m I will not give up on keeping my ticket to next year, and I suggest you don’t either. I’m emailing RAH, BBC and all the execs who run the proms. They cannot take the one in a million ballot win away from us it’s grossly unfair

@RoyalAlbertHall This is a shame but what is NOT acceptable is you cancelling tickets and not just transferring them to next year! I've waited 15 years to win a ballot place for LNOTP and you need to honour that!! I'm a Friend of RAH and will not renew if you don't transfer to next year!
