@virginmedia The app is loading and bringing up the available programs to watch then when selecting something it then goes to a checking Internet page . It will confirm the Internet is working and say try watching, click on that and it goes to checking Internet page again

@virginmedia Waited the rest of the day sending messages to see if someone would respond with no joy . No response yesterday and this morning at 8am got asked if still needing help . Clicked yes and asked if am still in the queue for the retentions team with no response so far

@virginmedia Last conversation was yesterday . Messaged just after 8am . After the bot questions I got through to an advisor about 1pm . Asked for proof of the deal I was offered and got told they couldn't deal with it so transferred me to the retentions team and 1.50pm.

@virginmedia I have been trying to renew my contract for the last 13 days . Been messed about through the online chat and WhatsApp saying its been renewed about 10 times now just to find out it hasn't and now my next bill has rocketed up as there is no discount applied
