🚨 Gran Turismo 7 just pushed significantly further on AnyPS5, with stock-main testing now reaching the GT loading spinner. 👀
• Duplicate flip-event crash has been fixed by PR #7137
• New 11_11_10 float color-target support landed through PR #7207
• Additional SSL, polygon, image-sampling and blending work gets GT7 further
• “Sony Interactive Entertainment presents” now renders
• GT loading screen + spinner is reached
• Counter reportedly shows 50–60 FPS at this stage
• Save data successfully mounts
• Next blocker is a GPU storage-image mip-capacity failure
• Separate experimental build has the World Map around 18.6 FPS
• This is NOT playable yet and some required fixes remain outside main
They’re knocking down GPU and system-library blockers one by one, not just getting a different error screen.
Huge credit to the AnyPS5 contributors because GT7 getting this far this quick is wild.
@Pirat_Nation There are over 300K system functions that games could theoretically use. However, even the most demanding games only use around 3K (which is why it works). Maybe the rest are reserved for GTA 6... (I hope not)
@MizoChris However, our coverage percentage reflects only the functions referenced by the project, not all 300K+ system functions. But demanding titles like Astro Bot use just same 3-3,5k. I haven't seen a single game that uses more. That's why so many games can already run.
Doing my part to get Demon's Souls Remake running natively on Linux with AnyPS5.
Yesterday it wouldn’t launch. Then it crawled at 0.03 FPS.
Today the intro is running at a stable 30 FPS, dragon roar and all.
Still early. Getting gameplay into decent shape is next.

I just want to say thank you to the community, devs and to @a1lon9@pumpfun for helping continue building AnyPS5. It has taken a serious boost in the last couple of days. Feeling motivated and happy seeing that AnyPS5 receives recognition.
Thank you all!
Hi
I’m the creator of AnyPS5 (https://t.co/8zXdJwOUKL)
It recently went viral! A community launched a popular coin and directed fees to my GitHub, which I have in turn claimed. And bought a GitHub subscription to remove CI limits - too many pull requests!
