@migrate2the6ix @ScrinkoCa but to add, it has its issues with elevators from what i hear, which is moreso a symptom of high rise living in general. if you like the design - when it comes to the entertainment district - i prefer 25 oxley, same builder, but boutique (rare category in that area)

@migrate2the6ix @ScrinkoCa theatre park is considered a very desirable building. units move quick, and they hold a high price per square over some competitors. however you would need to hang onto south exposure, because you have super tall high rises flanking all sides of the building in the coming years
