Well, here’s an update

On friday I went AGAIN back to gamestop with my friend (3 of the 6 cards sent are his). This now makes my 6th time in the store looking for help

We POLITELY asked the store manager that when he was done handling the line of customers, could he please call the district manager for us. He said yes, and we patiently waited to the side.

After the line was done, he turns to us and informs us he will NOT be calling the DM. This is when we started recording as you can see in the first video. He even goes so far as to say “Yes im changing my mind” which took us aback. He said he doesnt want to “bother him”, even though we’ve waited now 114 days for this issue to be fixed. We felt we had no choice but to inform him we would like to call the police since this is OUR property being withheld from us. He then promptly kicks us out of the store

Once cops arrived, we explained the entire situation and they go inside to speak to the manager. 20 minutes go by and the cops come out to tell us that he chose to withhold information from them and unfortunately this is a civil matter and not much can be done on their end at this point, but they did agree that he was being suspicious and that whats happening to us is very sad. They even asked him to print out the contract they have us customers sign when dropping off cards, and he refused.

After the cops leave, the manager comes out and ASKS US TO COME BACK IN AND STARTS APOLOGIZING! (gee I wonder why!)

He states that he called the district manager after the cops left (which was all we wanted in the first place) and that I would be contacted by corporate within 48 hrs for a resolution, as he thinks some of the cards are lost. I asked how the insurance works, and he couldnt even answer that!

Well its been over 48 hours and I still have yet to be contacted, hence why im posting these videos to light a fire under gamestop. Im sick of your toying with me and I want my items now! @gamestop @PSAcard
