@SharePickers @DeborahMeaden I'm curious to know what the anticipated drop in efficiency might be over time. We've had our '18 Hyundai Kona for 2.5yrs. It was mint when we bought it (1900 miles) but max. range has dropped by 20% in that time. Still brilliant though 👌 at 240 for a full charge.

Nationalism and Nazism are not separate political species but rather two stages of the same authoritarian process. Fascism does not appear in full uniform on day one. It begins as nationalism, draped in flags and patriotic slogans, calling for unity, pride, and the protection of our people. It presents itself as harmless, even noble, because love for one’s country is easily confused with exclusionary nationalism.

But nationalism, when weaponised, is the gateway. It starts by dividing the world into us and them. At first, them might mean foreign nations or immigrants, but eventually it expands inward to minorities, dissenters, critics, and the vulnerable. This narrowing circle of belonging is the seed of fascism.

Nazism was simply the next stage, the mask removed, the logic of nationalism carried to its most brutal conclusion. Where nationalism demanded loyalty to the nation, Nazism demanded loyalty to blood, race, and a singular ideology. Where nationalism spoke of borders and sovereignty, Nazism spoke of purity, conquest, and extermination.

Fascism thrives on this progression. It seduces populations with nationalism, making exclusion seem like protection. Once normalized, it escalates into harsher forms such as dehumanization, violence, and dictatorship. Nazism was not a sudden aberration. It was nationalism taken to its logical endpoint under a system built on fear, obedience, and hatred.

In this way, nationalism and Nazism are two faces of the same authoritarian coin, one the respectable entry point, the other the deadly culmination. The line between them is not as wide as people wish to believe. It is a path, and history shows how quickly it can be walked.

I invested a full week into editing this long-form video for him. He approved it, uploaded it to YouTube, then started ghosting me.

I followed up with him countless times over the last 2 weeks — and he’s still ignoring me.

He used my work, made it public, and vanished without paying. That’s theft, plain and simple.
