@PMOIndia @ianuragthakur @_DigitalIndia I support the pathways to digital India laid down by the government for people’s welfare. But where do customer rights come in? In the hustle of numerous apps, it is users who have to adapt and often accept less-than-satisfactory service.

2. Delayed service (by almost 1.5 hours).
3. Rude customer care (rep told us “Pay for a replacement or get a refund”- after 2 hours of us waiting).
4. CEO needs to learn basic customer service(guest) ethics.

Customers can only be patient and understanding to a given degree if they order on busy days. The monopoly and bureaucracy of Indian restaurants through @swiggy_in is not only unfair and derogatory to devoted users, but also prompts me to ask- what is the customer’s right?

If the Education Boards at the Senior Secondary, Graduation Level and other Examination institutes are keen on conducting end-year examinations, students appearing for the same (under the 18-44 years category) should have also been given priority for vaccination.
