The #BrockwellPark cricket nets will be briefly closed today from 11am, as some volunteers will be doing a tidy up and some quick maintenance to the nets to ensure they stay in good condition. If anyone is at a loose end and once to help practice their “sweep” do pop along!

We have some very exciting news! The Brockwell Park nets have been given £32k of funding from the @lambeth_council Changing Lives Fund. Which means we can refurbish the nets for next season.
… plus of course all the amazing people who donated and signed the petition and RT’ed the campaign. Including players and coaches from @PloughmansCC@dulwichcc@SMCricketClub South Bank CC the mighty Bolt Cutters and many others we’ve no doubt forgotten
Been a while since we posted, but we’ve been chasing @lambeth_council to get some more funding and do some interim repairs on the #BrockwellPark nets. Just had this update from one of the officers so hopefully will be fewer flying balls next summer! 🏏
