@bryancsk I do 140g a day and it’s not that hard. Just go for lean protein sources like shrimp or fish. Also starches like rice have a lot of protein as well.

@2closetocall @SyntheticusAlt I didn’t think my riding was marginal at that time. I thought it was a bc Lib stronghold and had low expectations. Morgana got it really close
