Hello friends, I am excited to share my first experience of importation and running a business in Nigeria, my mistakes that cost me over $100,000 and lessons learned.
I hope someone learns from some of my mistakes.
@oku_yungx My ex made sure I got tested for Hep B and, after a negative confirmation, took the 3 month's periodic vaccination.
I wouldn't have known about hep B if not for her.
That's the second good thing she did for me apart from loving me.
Thank you, Ajike.
HAPPENING in Ekiti State Nigeria. The Governor is throwing Bread to the citizen as though they're animal
😭😭😭💔💔💔
The damages that APC has done to Nigeria will take decades of hard work to fix.
Under the Tinubu admin, terrorists are able to post videos of themselves in military fatigue AS THEY WAIT for their victims. They are so sure there'll be no repercussions.
But the opposition candidates don't inspire you.
"Police released Armed Fulani Militia, we arrested & gave them their AK-47's back to them"
Gov. Udom - *"We arrested persons with fake army uniforms carrying 18 AK-47's rifles and handed them over to the police"*
However, the police hierarchy gave express orders that those persons should be released and their guns handed back to them.
We want to let the world know that if there is a breakdown of law and order tomorrow, the police should be held responsible.
All attempts to speak with the top hierarchy of the police in the zone and at Abuja were rebuffed.

A bandit being comfortably interviewed by a journalist right in his own home. Journalist is even referring to him as Officer.
He openly threatens the Katsina State Government and its citizens, warning that if his demands are not met, he will displace entire villages and force their residents back into Katsina town.
In Yemen, 90% of men and 50% of women chew khat daily. A quarter of all their household income is spent on this plant.
Alcohol is haram, but they are all drug addicts. Make it make sense.
“Any society where you see people in government doing better than entrepreneurs, is a failed country. That’s why our country is failing” — NDC Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi
As a Muslim, there's something that genuinely bothers me.
Millions of Muslims live in Christian majority countries, build mosques, preach Islam publicly, distribute Qur'ans, open halal businesses, and demand religious freedom, and rightly so.
Some even call for aspects of Shariah to be accommodated in the societies they've moved to.
Yet in some Muslim majority countries, Christians cannot openly preach the Gospel, build churches freely, or practice their faith without restrictions.
Why?
If we demand religious freedom for ourselves, we should be willing to grant it to others.
Truth does not need censorship.
If Islam is the truth, it has nothing to fear from a church, a Bible, or a Christian preacher.
You can't demand tolerance and freedom for Muslims abroad while denying the same freedoms to others at home.
The double standard needs to be called out.
No matter what it will cost you, please avoid going to jail, especially in a country like Nigeria. Aside that the general living condition in prison will make your live a million times worse than it was before going to prison, your post-prison life might be extra worse.
Avoid crimes, with everything you have.

Farewell, Professor Kola Oyewo
Farewell, Oba Lapite
I am deeply saddened by the passing of Professor Kola Oyewo—scholar, actor, teacher, cultural ambassador, and dear colleague.
I had the privilege of working with him on Koseegbe, Oleku and Saworoide where he gave a memorable performance as Oba Lapite. His portrayal brought depth, dignity, and humanity to the role, making the character one of the film’s most enduring figures.
Ironically, Lapite’s death in the story created a challenge for me as a filmmaker. Once he was publicly executed by Lagata, I could not bring Kola Oyewo back into the narrative. I missed him then.
Today, I miss him again.
Kola Oyewo belonged to a rare generation that successfully bridged scholarship and performance. He inspired countless students, actors, and audiences through his talent, humility, and lifelong commitment to learning, culture, theatre and film.
Nigeria has lost a remarkable artist.
Farewell, Professor Kola Oyewo.
Farewell, Oba Lapite.
Your legacy will endure in the stories you told and the lives you touched.
