@Sonos serious question - what is the actual percentage for successfully connecting to your system when opening the app? My experience is less than 25% - reboot . . . restart . . . re-WiFi. It’s not an optimal CX.

@Julian Curious - and apologies if I missed it, but what about the WHY? Isn’t that the ultimate point of differentiation that also drives the employee engagement / experience (EX)? The classic example of Apple vs. Dell comes to mind.
