@ItalianSubGuy @BenPopeCST I think it could also be the other way around... taking on a bad contract for more picks. They wont add long term salary unless its worth their time. But if a team wants to attach a 1st or 2nd to a contract with 1.5 years remaining like last year then they would listen

@adamrank No mainly because they could draft Bowers/Odunze/Nabers at 9 still and get just as much value probably. With this edge class being weak already in depth and weaker after the Ohio St De went back , i'd rather get a trench guy back like RG/DT/Edge and draft WR/TE
