@golz_tv The blame for flopping falls squarely on the refs. Flopping exists because it’s rewarded. Players who fight through contact don’t get calls. Players who hit the ground do. Refs need to officiate the contact, not the result. Change that, and flopping largely goes away.

@JacksonHockey_ In a vacuum, some solid trades & picks. But overall? Terrible. Coaching decisions weak, draft assets wasted, Cutter a massive loss. He’s like an OC that can call a great play, but zero drive sequencing. No progress since he arrived. We are arguably worse off.

He has now been over coached by two coaches trying to make him a “complete” hockey player. I don’t want a complete hockey player. We have enough of those. I want a difference maker.

@cuz729 @ItsAToddLife Whether it’s the culture or not everywhere, I can absolutely attest to the fact that parking and congestion is abysmal and is the reason many, including me, will at times leave early (otherwise it’s 45 minutes plus to get out of the parking lot).

Add in poor skating mechanics (hunched, short choppy strides), and I don’t see a huge NHL future as a star player. He’ll have no space to work with.
