@FLEXjss The dose that gives you supraphysiologic levels is the dose. Won’t be the same for everyone. I don’t know why everyone thinks a certain dose gives everyone the same levels.
@DrAlexTatem@DocAbirHealth Do you see a correlation between testosterone dose and chance of fertility recovery? In other words do higher doses and levels increase risk of fertility loss?
@RussellShaw_MLS I see low ferritin in men on PPIs. It’s definitely part of the testosterone evaluation, partly because hemochromatosis can be a cause, but also to monitor how far it drops with treatment.
@RussellShaw_MLS TRT lowers ferritin, even if you are not donating. I’ve seen fairly high ferritin brought down into normal range from TRT without donating. Obviously when you add in donating, ferritin drops even more. It’s rare to see anemia on TRT but you can see lower MCV and MCHC, etc.
@AmyPearlman1@DrAlexTatem I agree. I have a hard time believing that a guy with 400ng/dl in the am that falls into the 200s in the afternoon won’t be symptomatic and have risks.
