We submitted ERC-7770, the fractional reserve token standard, that lays the foundations to relending and @relend_network.

Relending is the ability to lend the same $ multiple times, similar to how the banking system works 👇
1) it is really questionable if human risk manager can detect volatility before it happens.
2) typically, risk managers cannot change parameters without a dao vote or wait for some timelock, which makes it even more impossible to react to a change in volatility before it happened.

Once the Morpho Blue market risk level threshold is reached, anyone can call the withdraw function.
🤖 To enhance safety, we spawn a @gelatonetwork bot to periodically check the risk levels and automatically trigger the withdrawal if the threshold is met.
