We’ve been considering the way our faces change when we are feeling different emotions. We looked in mirrors and observed our faces. Can you guess what each emotion is? #eyfs #PSHE #earlyyears #PSED

We produced some art inspired by Matisse and his famous Snail. We used a range of techniques and materials and experiment with placement before sticking them down, just like Matisse himself!

We’ve been learning about plants this half term. The children planted nasturtium seeds and have been observing them closely. This was the prep work; washing pots, filling with compost,and popping the seeds in before carefully covering them over. Let’s hope we get some blooms!

Some super Number Block pictures inspired NCETM maths lessons last week. The children did these during choosing time, completely independently. Once one did it, it started a chain reaction! I love how different each one is! #eyfs #eyfsmaths #numberblocks @numberblocks @NCETM
