At current Private placement price (0.35$) and at a proposed 50B valuation you are looking at about 142B units.

If the IPO price comes at 45 cent, and the 50B dollar valuation is maintained then you are looking at a total of ~111B units.

My headache is now when they want to pay dividend.

A 10 naira per share dividend gives you 1.1Trn naira in dividend 🙂🙂🙂.

Imagine buying a stock for 600 naira and your dividend is 10 naira per share.

A 100 naira dividend pay per share would be tantamount to 11Trn naira in dividend pay from the company.

Man………. Not a growth company, not a dividend company either.
