Things I learned this morning. Shannon at @delaware_gov online customer support is not good at customer support. How are you going to get sassy back with someone asking you a question?

@teneikaask_you It was a challenging yet engaging 8-hours. I began to see folks quit and complain about an hour into the event. It really stretched my knowledge and showed me where I need to improve and spend time learning. I won’t be winning first place, but as a growth opportunity it was great
